How do I book an appointment with Sprinter Health?

The easiest way to book an appointment with a Sprinter is online at www.sprinterhealth.com/book. Simply enter your location, choose an appointment time, enter your details and upload your lab requisitions and insurance documents - that’s it!

Can I book an appointment or does my doctor/physician have to do it?

Patients and their doctors have the option of booking appointments with a Sprinter. Talk to your doctor to determine which method is best for the lab work you need.

How much does it cost to book a Sprinter?

An at-home lab appointment costs $79 and can be paid via credit card during the booking process. If you have a promotional code, please enter it during the checkout process.

Does my insurance cover the cost?

Unfortunately we do not accept insurance at this time.

Does the Sprinter come to my home? Office?

Sprinters can come to your home or office for your lab work appointment. Simply enter the address most convenient for you during the booking process.

Can I book Sprinter Health for my child?

Yes, Sprinter services are available for children that weigh at least 40 lbs. Just be sure to enter your child’s health information, instead of your own, when booking their appointment.

Can I book Sprinter Health for my parent / spouse / friend / etc?

Yes you can! Just be sure to enter their health information, instead of your own, when booking their appointment.

How quickly can I get a Sprinter Health appointment?

Sprinters work Monday-Friday, 7 AM to 3 PM in your local area. Often, appointments can be made for same-day or next-day service.

How soon do I get my lab results after my appointment?

Lab result delivery times vary and are not in our control. Please talk to your doctor for further details.

Who sends me my lab results?

Your doctor will provide your test results when ready. The method or manner in which they share these results with you may vary. Contact your doctor for further details.

How does my doctor get my lab results?

The designated lab where your samples are sent automatically contacts your designated doctor when your results are ready.

How do I get my COVID-19 results?

Our Sprinters are able to provide an electronic copy of your results either by SMS or email at the time of testing.

Do you perform COVID-19 testing?

Yes, we offer Rapid Antigen COVID-19 Testing. We come to you wherever you are and can test you and your family. Results are ready electronically in 15 minutes.

What is a Rapid Antigen test?

The Rapid Antigen tests for SARS-CoV-2 (the novel or new coronavirus that causes COVID-19) are diagnostic tests that detect proteins (antigens) from the infecting virus.

Can I use your COVID-19 to fly?

We provide your test results electronically according to CDC guidelines necessary for travel; however, different airlines & destinations have specific requirements for the types of tests accepted. Please confirm the type of test that is required for your trip.

What are your COVID-19 protocols to protect patients?

All Sprinters are fully vaccinated and tested regularly. All equipment is sanitized thoroughly before and after each appointment. All Sprinters are required to wear masks during each appointment and are provided a clean mask each day. Sprinters are also provided gloves and shoe covers that are changed between each patient.

How can I use Sprinter Health with my patients?

Sprinters can perform blood draws, urine and other specimen collections, specimen courier services, vitals checks, and more.

How much does it cost me to recommend Sprinter Health to my patients?

For patients who wish to pay out of pocket for our services, it does not cost your practice anything to recommend our services. We also have a wide variety of partnership models for payment, please contact us directly to discuss.

Does it cost anything for me to sign up as a physician partner?

The cost will depend on the type of services you would like to provide your patients. It does not cost anything to recommend our services to your patients who wish to pay directly.

How do I get my patient’s lab results?

Your patients lab results will be available through the same platform you ordered through, our process doesn’t change anything with how the results are delivered.

How can I ensure the privacy and safety of my patients that have a Sprinter visit their home or office?

Sprinter health is fully HIPAA compliant and has advanced measures in place to safeguard patient privacy.

Do you offer COVID-19 testing for my employees or patients at my place of work?

Yes, Sprinter Health medical professionals can perform Rapid Antigen COVID-19 testing on-site.

What are your COVID-19 protocols to protect patients?

All Sprinter clinical staff members are fully vaccinated, wear masks for every appointment, sanitize all equipment in between appointments, and change gloves after each appointment. Our COVID-19 Safety Protocols.
